I grew up on job sites with my dad. Before I could drive, I knew the trade.

I also spent twenty years building things on the internet. Web development, digital marketing, software. Two different worlds.

A few years ago I started my own construction company. And almost immediately I hit the same wall every contractor hits when they try to run their business like a business.

The software was either too simple to be useful or too complicated to be worth learning. The good tools cost hundreds a month and were built for companies ten times my size. The affordable ones were embarrassing to send to clients.

I tried everything. Nothing fit. It all felt like it was built by someone who had done a lot of research but had never actually stood in a crawl space at the end of a long day trying to put together an estimate on their phone.

Jobkore is what I wished existed when I started my construction company. Every feature came from a real problem on a real job. Hank AI exists because I was tired of spending four hours at the kitchen table turning walkthrough notes into line items after a full day on the tools.

I have been on both sides of this. I know what contractors need and I know how to build it.
