Introducing Jobkore: Estimates, Invoices, and Payments Built for the Trades
Jobkore is live.
We built Jobkore because the software out there for contractors was either overpriced and bloated, or too basic to trust with real clients. Our founder is a licensed general contractor who spent 20 years in marketing and web development before getting into construction. Within the first year on job sites, the problem was obvious: the tools available weren't built by people who actually do this work.
So we built one that is.
What Jobkore does
Jobkore handles the three things every contractor needs to run their business: estimates, invoices, and getting paid.
Estimates with sections, line items, markup, tax, photos, and terms. Your client gets a shareable link, views the estimate, signs, and accepts online. No printing. No scanning. No back and forth.
Change orders that handle scope changes the right way. The original estimate stays locked. Each change order gets its own approval, its own signature, and its own invoice. Your client sees the full picture: original contract, every change, and the revised total.
Invoices that convert from accepted estimates in one click. Everything carries over. Accept credit card payments through Stripe with zero additional fees from Jobkore. Payments record automatically, balances update, and overdue invoices get flagged.
A dashboard that shows revenue, outstanding balances, and overdue invoices at a glance. One screen, no digging.
QuickBooks sync that keeps your estimates, invoices, clients, and payments in sync automatically. No double entry.
And all of it works on your phone. Every screen was designed for a contractor on a job site, not someone sitting at a desk.
Hank AI
We also built Hank AI, a tool that organizes your estimates for you. Describe the job in your own words, upload photos or field notes, and Hank structures everything into sections and line items. You review, adjust, add your pricing, and send. It takes what used to be a 30 to 45 minute process and cuts it down to a few minutes.
Hank is not here to replace your judgment. You make the calls on pricing, scope, and what goes in front of the client. Hank just handles the organization so you can focus on the work.
What it costs
Jobkore starts free. Unlimited estimates, invoices, and up to 3 clients at no cost. No credit card required.
Pro is $19 per month (or $190 per year) and includes everything: unlimited clients, Hank, QuickBooks sync, Stripe payments, and more. One plan. No per-user charges. No upsells.
Why we built this
The trades deserve better tools. Not enterprise software designed for companies with project managers and office staff. Not stripped-down invoice makers that look amateur. Something in between: professional, affordable, and built by people who understand the work.
We are a small team based in Oregon. We talk to contractors every day, and everything we build comes from those conversations. If you have feedback, ideas, or just want to talk shop, we are listening.
Welcome to Jobkore. Let's get after it.
