Most of the contractors we talk to do not have a website. Not because they think it is a bad idea, but because every quote they got was a project: a designer, a monthly bill, a page builder they were supposed to learn, and a stack of questions about their own business that they had already answered somewhere else. So it stays on the list, and a homeowner who hears their name from a neighbor looks them up and finds a Facebook page from 2019.
That is what we built. Jobkore + Website is a second plan at $49 a month or $490 a year, and what it adds is a real website for your business, written from the Jobkore account you already have and edited inside the app you already log into. The $29 plan is unchanged, and every feature in the app is still in both. The website is the only difference.
You answer questions. It writes the site.
Open Website in the sidebar and you get a short setup: where you work and who for, what you do, and what makes you different from the other guy bidding the same job. Most of it is taps, and most of it arrives pre-filled, because your account already knows your company name, your phone, your trade, your license number and the towns your clients are in.
Then Hank AI™ writes the first draft from your answers. He asks, he never invents. The questions are your trade's questions, so a roofer and a cabinet shop do not get handed the same six blanks. When it finishes you are looking at your own site, with your own town and your own services on it, and you edit it by clicking the thing you want to change.
What is actually on it
A home page, a page for each service you offer, a contact page and a privacy page. Your photos, your service area, your FAQs, and a link out to your Google Business Profile. There is one layout and everybody gets the same one, tuned properly once instead of three ways badly.
The contact form is the part a page builder cannot give you. An inquiry from your site lands in your Jobkore inbox, not in an email account you forget to check. Accept it and it becomes a client, ready to estimate.

Built to be found by the thing people actually ask
A homeowner looking for a plumber in 2026 might type it into Google, and might just as easily ask an assistant. Most sites built on page builders come back close to empty when one of those reads them, because the page gets assembled by JavaScript after the fact and a crawler does not wait around for it.
Yours is not like that. The whole page is there on the first byte with no scripts required, the structured data is real, and the robots file names GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and Applebot-Extended and lets them in on purpose rather than by omission.
We are not going to promise you rankings, and anybody who does is guessing. What we will do is show you the receipts. Your Website page tells you which AI crawlers have read your site and when, and how many people arrived from an AI assistant. That second number is a floor rather than a total, because referrers get stripped along the way, so we label it as one.
Stats without the cookie banner
Visitors, page views, where they came from, your top pages and your inquiries, all counted on our side from the request log. No tracking script on your page, no third-party request, nothing added to slow it down, and no cookie banner. We never store a raw IP address.
Spanish is there too if you want it: switch it on and your site gets a Spanish version under a /es path. It is off by default and it will not publish half-translated. And when a client pays an invoice in full, the receipt they already get now asks them for a review, pointing at a page that collects a testimonial for your site and then hands them the same words to paste into Google.

Nobody can promise that. Does the website come with email?
Jobkore sets up the DNS records for email you host somewhere else, so a mailbox you already pay for works on your domain. Jobkore does not run a mail server and does not host mailboxes.
