Text Message Notifications

What this program is

Jobkore is estimating and invoicing software for contractors. Jobkore Notifications is the text message program that tells a contractor's clients about the estimates and invoices that contractor sends them through Jobkore. Messages come from Jobkore's toll-free number, (888) 260‑8290, on the contractor's behalf, and every message names the contractor.

What you receive

• A link to an estimate or invoice your contractor sent you
• A reminder when a payment on an invoice is past due
• A follow-up on an estimate that is waiting for your answer
• A receipt when a payment is recorded

Jobkore writes every message. Contractors cannot write or edit the text, and we never send marketing or promotional messages. Questions about an estimate or invoice go to your contractor, whose phone number is in each message.

Example: "Jobkore: Callahan Construction sent you an estimate: https://app.getjobkore.com/share/… Questions? Call or text (512) 555‑0100. Reply STOP to opt out."

How you agree to receive texts

You receive these texts only after you tell your contractor, in person, by phone or in writing, that you agree to get text messages about your estimates and invoices. Your contractor records that agreement in Jobkore by checking a box under your phone number on your contact, and Jobkore stores when it was recorded and for which number. A new number needs a new agreement. Agreeing is never a condition of any purchase.

You can also turn texts on or off yourself. Under any estimate or invoice your contractor sends you through Jobkore, and when you sign an estimate, check or uncheck "Text me about my estimates and invoices". The box is never checked for you, and it is never a condition of signing or paying.

When your agreement is recorded, Jobkore sends you one text confirming it:

"Jobkore: Callahan Construction will text you about your estimates and invoices. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

How often

Message frequency varies with your estimates and invoices, usually a few messages for each one.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Jobkore does not charge you for these messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. We send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more texts from Jobkore. To start again, reply START.

Privacy
