Does Jobkore Have a Free Plan? What You Get Instead
Short answer: no, Jobkore does not have a free plan. We would rather tell you that on the way in than let you find it out three jobs deep.
What we have instead is a 14-day trial of the entire app, no credit card, and then a flat price. The part worth reading is what "the entire app" means, because it is the thing most contractor software gets wrong.
Nothing in the app is behind a tier
Most contractor apps sell you a ladder. The free plan caps your clients, the middle plan unlocks payments, the top plan finally gives you the reporting you were promised in the ad. You end up paying for a tier to get one feature you need and carrying four you do not.
Jobkore has one version. Estimates and invoices with sections, line items, markup, tax, photos and terms. Change orders. Hank AI™. QuickBooks sync. Stripe card and ACH payments with no additional fees from us. Your logo on documents. The full app in English and Spanish. Unlimited clients, unlimited documents.
All of it is on during the trial, and all of it is on after. Nothing in the app is held back for a more expensive plan, so there is no feature you can reach by paying more.
Fourteen days, no card
You sign up, you get the whole thing for 14 days, and you do not enter a card to do it. Send real estimates to real clients. Sync a real invoice to QuickBooks. Online card and bank payments switch on when you subscribe, after a one-time review of your account. A trial that holds back the features you are trying to evaluate is not a trial, it is a demo.
After that it is $29 per month or $290 per year. No per-user pricing, and no processing markup on top of Stripe's own rate.
There is a second price, and it is worth being straight about what it buys. $49 a month, or $490 a year, is the same app plus a hosted website for your business, written with Hank and published to a jobkoresites.com address. It is a different product bolted on, not a bigger version of the app. If you do not want a website, the $29 plan is the whole app and always was.
What happens if you do not subscribe
This is the part most companies bury, so here it is plainly. If your trial runs out and you never subscribe, we email you a deletion warning 7 days after it expires, and the account is removed no sooner than 14 days after expiry. That is a real deletion, not an archive.
If you have ever subscribed, none of that applies to you: your data is kept permanently, including after you cancel. And either way you can export everything to CSV before you go. The details are in the billing documentation.
Why we do it this way
A free tier sounds generous and usually is not. It works by making the free version annoying enough that you pay to stop being annoyed, which means the product you are evaluating is deliberately worse than the product you would buy. We did not want to build the annoying version.
Not gating the app is also easier for us to keep honest. There is no matrix of what is included where, no support conversation that starts with "which plan are you on," and no chance of a feature quietly moving up a tier. You see the whole product, you know the number, and you decide.
